Directions

We are located on Route 108 in Somersworth in the Marsh Brook Professional Center.

From the Spaulding Turnpike Northbound:

Exit the Spaulding Turnpike at Exit 9. Bear right off the exit. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left on to Route 108. Continue on Route 108. The Marsh Brook Professional Center is located 2 miles on your right.

From the Spaulding Turnpike Southbound:

Exit the Spaulding Turnpike at Exit 9. Turn right at the light. Go straight through one set of lights. At the next set of lights, turn left onto Route 108. Continue on Route 108. The Marsh Brook Professional Center is located 2 miles on your right.

From the Rochester area:

Head south on Route 108 towards Somersworth. Center for Athletes is located in the Marsh Brook Professional Center, across the street from the Works Health and Fitness Center.

From the Dover area:

Head north on Route 108. Go straight through Week's Crossing (Chili's Restaurant will be on your right). Stay on Route 108 North.  The Marsh Brook Professional Center is located 2 miles on your right.
