Individual Programs

Train with no more than two other athletes in a 3:1 ratio or less and focus intensely on the specific demands of your sport. All athletes will have a written workout plan and a flow sheet to track progress.

  • 1-Day/Week   for $120/month

 

Group Programs

Our group programs incorporate all the same performance enhancing components as our individual programs; however, an all-sports approach allows up to 12-16 athletes representing a variety of sports to train effectively together. Beginners and those experienced in training will find benefit in these fun, creative sessions.

  • 2-Days/Week  for $120/month
  • 1-Day/Week   for $60/month
