Program:

The Rehab 3 Center for Athletes Run Fit Program specifically targets runners and endurance athletes' strength and conditioning needs.

  • Sessions include the proper mix of functional training, balance, core strength and agility components aimed to improve running speed and efficiency.
  • All program participants are evaluated with our functional movement screen that assesses the individual for risk factors that could lead to injury.
  • The program consists of 90-minute sessions in either a 2 or 3 day per week format.
  • The program is individualized to meet the needs of runners of all levels and abilities.

Rehab 3 Center for Athletes is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a highly trained and certified staff. Our staff combines years of experience and knowledge with specialized exercise equipment to help you maximize your athletic potential. Our 5,500 square foot facility also contains locker rooms, a pool, and a basketball court that complement our programs.
